Many of my parent's friends are from Russia and the Ukraine as well. We want all of our guests to have a great time and hit the dance floor so we've hired a band that can play both Russian and American music; not to mention a mean rendition of the Gypsy Kings and chair-raising hora!

Yet another Save the Date picture to choose from…

I think I still prefer the close up kissing picture but I’m not sure if MK will actually let me send it out that way. We’ll probably just wait to take engagement pictures with the photographer and order a Save the Date with one of those pictures.

Oh, the Places You’ll Go!

Both MK and I are Jewish, but neither of us are particularly religious. We are going to have a Jewish ceremony - with a rabbi/cantor, under a chuppah, etc. But I don’t want the ceremony to be overly religious. I was recently thinking about readings and thought we would have one from the bible and one a little more unique.

What do you guys think about a selection from Dr. Seuss? How much of it would you have read (I think the whole book is a bit too long). I might change the names at the end of the poem to match something to do with us.
