My mom just called and asked when we’re going to have a baby. She said that Mr. Bee and I would have such beautiful babies… and that it would be great if we had a daughter. She hinted at wanting to become a grandmother in a recent Christmas card, but the official baby pressuring has now begun.

Our plan was to wait 2-2 1/2 years after getting married to start trying. I think having some time to enjoy married life before having kids is very important. We’ve been married 10 1/2 months now and I’m definitely not ready at this point. There’s still so much I want/need to do before I’ll feel like we’re in a comfortable enough place to think about having kids.

What’s your timeline for having kids?
