The Bridesmaid Dresses

I went with a friend from work to buy bridesmaids dresses; she was skeptical about Lord & Taylor, but now is a convert. Lord & Taylor has an old & dowdy reputation, but the (female) CEO has upgraded their merchandise in the past year. The dress department is fantastic — great styles, lots of sizes, everything hanging neatly. They had a couple of great printed wrap dresses (either BCBG or Laundry, I think) that I want to check out for work.

The color is really more plum than purple (as it appears in the pictures). It’s crazy how everything is slowly coming together. My next goals are invitations, veil and cake… and of course, the ever-present losing weight!
