lanterns are a beautiful touch, even better than flowers. unfortunately it wouldn’t do well in chinese banquets.
I love the candle/lantern centerpieces! I’m a little relieved I won’t have to plan my wedding any time soon.. there are so many great ideas out there! Having to choose would kill me. 
I love the idea of lanterns! My fiance and I found some very simple yet classy ones at Christmas tree shop! we went to 5 weddings last year and we have all five vases with candles and marbles, so boring!!
