There are three books or albums that I feel like I need for the wedding:

(1) a wedding scrapbook where I can put some keepsakes like a few engagement pictures, save-the-dates, invites, menu cards, programs, a few flower buds, copies of readings and other wedding mementos;

(2) a wedding guest book; and

(3) a nice photo album for the non-professional photos.

Ideally, I would like to merge the wedding books. I would like to use one album for the scrapbook and guest book (guests can look through the scrapbook), and get a matching album for the photos. I would also like to have the albums personalized and match our wedding colors. I’m still on the prowl, but here are a few possibilities:

Our Wedding Scrapbook by Darcy Miller, the Editorial Director of Martha Stewart Weddings. Good, basic wedding scrapbook. I couldn’t use it for any other purpose (i.e. guest book), but it’s cheap.

AimeeJ Keepsake Wedding Albums: from $32 - $100+.

AimeeJ sells albums with three types of 12×12 filler pages: (1) keepsake pages (a la wedding scrapbook), (2) scrapbook pages (blank pages in plastic sleeves which can be used to paste in invites, etc. as well as for guest book sign-in pages) and (3) sleeves for pictures.

Each album can hold 40 pages, so I can get one for the scrapbook/guest book and a second one for proofs. AimeeJ has albums for weddings in neutral tones, as well as colorful baby albums that you can use as well.

You can get pages for the following, as well as guest sign-in pages, blank pages with borders, and blank pages.

Molly West and Rag-n-bone offer beautiful scrapbooks, albums, and guest books in a variety of patterns. I can get one large scrapbook to use for both mementos and as a sign-in book and a second sleeve album for photos.

There are lots of great albums at JenniBick. They also offer a Rag-n-Bone Wedding Scrapbook. Unfortunately, it only comes in ivory and extra pages cannot be added for guest sign-in pages. The album is $63 without the Monogram and $93 with the monogram.
