Fortunehearts

March 20th, 2006 @ 12:34 pm by Mrs. Bee

Caroline’s Fortunehearts are a modern twist on your classic fortune/candyheart.

They come three to a case and messages/colors can be personalized for weddings. “The first fortuneheart includes a quote about love, life and friendship; the second is a thank you; and the third includes your name and date of event.”

I think this is actually a very easy, fun, and affordable DIY project.

All you need is:

  • clear plastic cases
  • collection of love quotes
  • colored paper printed with your text of choice
  • pen

After you print your text, cut them into into uniform length/width strips. Fold each strip in half. Wrap one end of the strip over a pen and roll towards the center. Repeat for the other side. Voila! You have yourself a fortuneheart.

Caroline’s Fortunehearts also carries a downloadable template for cootie catchers as well as these nifty mini kite cards that really fly.
