Here are the 3 make-overs. 1) MAC (note: only eyes & lips, so the skin isn’t perfect), 2) Meredith Carre (after I took off a bit of the make-up), and 3) Laura Mercier counter at Bloomies.

I know, I know, I look the “prettiest” in the Laura Mercier trial, but honestly, I don’t look like myself. People who really *know* me don’t like it (including several close friends, Mom, Sister, Mr. Firefly). The look is pretty, flawless, but it doesn’t pick up on my “vibe.” Huh, I guess my “vibe” isn’t pretty and flawless?!?!?!?!?

Ohhhh … looking at these close-ups makes me realize that I should be using my whitestrips!

since I do not know, I can give an objective viewpoint. You still look like you in all the pictures. You look the cleanest and more flawless in the last picture than the other two. I say go for makeup that will last longer and make you look “clean” in your wedding pictures.

The third one looks great. You look flawless and that is really the goal. I think they all look like you though. I dont like the 2nd as much I think there is too much powder on the t zone.

I agree with… the mixed reviews. You look great in all of them. There’s no “wrong” choice here. Go with what makes you feel the most comfortable and beautiful. =o)

Just a few observations:
I’m comparing the color of your face to the color of your neck. Seems like MAC matches best. However, you seem to glow and look the most polished with the LM (pic three). Maybe because your hair is a little more sleek in that third pic too? I like the part in pic three, too - seems you parted it on your left.

Also, thanks for the post. Really a good way to compare makeup. I will do the same with my (albeit at-home) experimenting.
