Pimple Potion

March 28th, 2006 @ 10:10 pm by Mrs. Bee

I remember one of my biggest fears was waking up on my wedding day with a big fat pimple because I tend to break out when I’m stressed out.

Most of you have probably heard about putting Visine on your pimples to make them appear less red. I read a great tip from make-up artist Mally Roncal in the summer 2006 issue of Modern Bride New York. She suggests you douse q-tips with visine and freeze them. Then apply the q-tip to your pimple - the coldness reduces the swelling, and the Visine eliminates the redness. Genius!

I do use the “Visine” trick when i have a pimple. It does work… somewhat…. not soooo effective to the point that you don’t see ANY redness AT ALL anymore. So i still use a bit of concealer. Didn’t know about the “freezing the Q tips” part. Got to try that.
