I just dropped off my bridesmaid dress to have the length altered. If I gain a single more pound, I won’t fit into the dress. It fits me perfectly right now - if not the tiniest bit snug.
The wedding is this Saturday and I started a “diet” 3 weeks ago to lose a couple of pounds. At my lowest I lost 3.5 pounds. But after a debauchery filled weekend I’m pretty much back to where I began.
It’s so hard to lose weight and so easy to gain it back!
Desperate times call for desperate measures. I read about celeb trainer and author of new book One Body, One Life Gregory Joujon-Roche in the most recent US Weekly. He helped Pink lose weight for her wedding and buff up Brad Pitt for Troy. Gregory says his eleven-day detoxifying cleanses “rev up your metabolism… you’ll drop 10 pounds. And it stays off!”
