I always regretted not taking engagement pictures. But after I saw Miss Ant’s engagement pictures with Tony Yang, I decided that I wanted to take “engagement pictures” even though Mr. Bee and I are already married. Engagement Pictures : wedding Winky

Tony recently posted these cute pictures of Miss & Mr. Ant on his blog. He has lots of great engagement photos of different couples on there.

I really like Tony’s work and his prices are also very reasonable. The only problem? Mr. Bee and I have both put on a lot of weight since our wedding last year. Engagement Pictures : wedding Sad I’d like to take our pictures in the fall (changing leaves and my favorite season!) so hopefully that’ll be my motivation to get back in shape!

Id say go for it. Tony is a wonderful friend of mine from college and an excellent photographer (he is doing my wedding) best of all he loves photography more then anything

The pictures look great. This may sound stupid, but what are the purpose for engagement pictures? I am not engaged yet so I am clueless.

i actually like shooting engagement sessions a lot because it’s in a relax environment… i get to know the couple & it’s just plain fun

I think the main purpose of engagement pictures is just to have some “official” photographs taken of you and so that you can submit a photo for your newspaper announcement.

If you’re doing a photo/guestbook, you would also use an engagement picture for that as well.

Also, if you hang up a picture of you and your spouse in your office, would you rather hang up a wedding portrait, or an engagement portrait?
