99% of my shoe collection is comprised of high heels because I’m a petite gal and I need all the help I can get. But I would never dare to walk around the city in them because my feet hurt too much - I don’t know how the New York gals do it! When I’m in heels, I always take a cab.

You can also try foot pedals, they help with heels too b/c they keep your feet from sliding forward, adding pressure to your toes.

Can you please tell us if they work or not. I’ve seen those online too but too skeptical to test them out. Please let us know how well they work, if they work.

Let me know if Insolia works because I tried so many of them… any tips to prevent hammer toes? I tried these thick ring like bandages and they run really big… when you wear shoes that show off the cleavage of your toes, you see them =(

i just tried the dr. scholls for women cuz i was on my feet all day taking pictures (we are wedding photographers)… they didn’t work
