Actor Casey Affleck wed actress Summer Phoenix, his girlfriend of 6 years, this past weekend. Casey is the younger brother of Ben Affleck, and Summer is the younger sister of Joaquin and River Phoenix.
The couple were engaged in New York city in the winter of 2003, and have a 2 year old son together.
Affleck and Phoenix are both passionate about politics, animal rights and veganism. “He is a bleeding heart,” Phoenix told Boston magazine of her then-fiance. “He is the most generous guy I have ever met.”
They sound great together. Congrats to the happy couple!
