Yesterday, I had a meeting with a florist that my venue recommended. I thought it was a good idea to go with a venue recommended florist because they would know the space, and they would know the coordinators from the venue. Let me tell you, it was the best idea I’ve had during this whole wedding process!

I met with Flowers of the World, and I absolutely loved the woman that I will be working with! She has such a vibrant personality, and had such wonderful ideas about what to do with the room! I basically told her what type of mood I was looking for, what colors I liked, and she pretty much came up with the rest!

I wont divulge too much here, but here are some pictures that I googled of similar designs that caught my interest last night.

I am not quite sure of exactly what I am going to do, but I know I’m going to love working with this company. She also said that she works with any budget - which is always a plus!

I will get my proposal this week, and then I am off to see the centerpieces in 2 weeks!! I finally feel like I’m making some progress!
