Senate Votes on Gay Marriage Ban This Week
The Senate began debate Monday on an amendment to the U.S. Constitution to prohibit gay marriage. It requires 67 votes in order to be sent to the States for possible ratification. Congress.org offers you several resources to participate in the nation’s debate over this issue:

– Compose and send a message to your Senators. 12,750 messages have been sent so far.
