Our seating chart was probably one of the most difficult aspects of wedding planning. Fitting friends, family, and guests who didn’t know each other into neat tables of 10 is more difficult than it sounds. It took 3-4 days of moving people around in our little excel spreadsheet to finally get it just right.
But this nifty seating planner from Discovery makes planning your seating chart a whole lot easier. It lets you type in names, and color code them according to gender, vegetarians, and children.
The only downside is that it only allows you to seat 6 or 8 people per table, when most reception tables seat 10. But if you have 6 or 8 per table, this is definitely a great tool.
