Yes, that is a Do It Yourself swan ice sculpture. I see this as a sort of a volume exercise — you could make hundreds of them. Why settle for a single large sculpture, when you can literally have all the ice swans you ever wanted?

hey that’s pretty cool. i wanted an ice sculpture for a raw bar - sushi, oysters, crab… alas way too expensive.

Do they have other models? Somehow, for the first time in my life, I am seized with the impulse to have an ice sculpture…maybe just for an ordinary night because it’s so bizarre.
