We had reader Ariel write to weddingbee about her wedding shoes. She wants to spend under $100, she would like them to be 2 inches, and she would also like a shoe that she can wear after the wedding.

Easy! I love researching shoes! What girl doesn’t love a nice pair of heels?

You guys are so funny and cute…
And helpful!!! Thank you so much.

I wish I could function on 4″ heels… it would make shoe shopping so much easier cuz all cute shoes are high heels!
But there are a lot of reasons I can’t… Scoliosis, mainly… (I wear running shoes to work.. but in black so most people don’t notice ^_^)
Plus my fiance is only 3″ taller than me so dancing would be kind of interesting with 4″ heels…
I think I’m leaning towards the J.Renees…

those kate spade essence heels are my wedding shoes! but lucky for me, i got hooked up with an employee discount through a friend. those other options are great - so many fab choices!

Thanks for posting shoes that are not ultra high heels. I don’t wear really high heel shoes because 1) I have low pain threshold and I can’t stand the pain and 2) my boyfriend and I are the same height! He’s a little man…hehe.

I didn’t dare wear heels for my wedding. Not only were we getting married in the woods, but I’m also able to trip off of flat soles! My Scottish dance ghillies looked adorable with my dress, though.
