Even though Mr. Caterpillar is off in the wilds of Dublin for the week, I’ve decided to continue our Reservoir running. It is totally no fun. Especially since it’s been 90 degrees and humid in the city.

Today I was on my way to the Reservoir when I noticed I was not in possession of the proper gear — I was sports bra-less! Which, when you consider I’ve been wearing the same sports bra since 1994 (really), is actually not such a big deal. In any case, I was right by Patagonia on Columbus, so I decided to stop in.

Best. Decision. Ever.

They have amazing things! I got this there

and it’s my new best friend.

Incidentally, I have a feeling Mr. Caterpillar is planning some sort of sport-adventure honeymoon, so I probably should be familiarizing myself with Patgonia’s offerings anyway.

Ah, Patagonia! We used to live next to one of their factory outlet stores and got the best deals there! Check out sierratradingpost.com for great prices on good outdoor gear. We also used to live near one of their three brick and mortar stores too (why did we have to move??). They have an excellent return policy as well, if what you ordered doesn’t work for you.

my fiance used to work for patagonia, and they have some of the best stuff with the best life time guarantees. if you get something there for your adventure honeymoon, and it doesn’t perform the way you expected, just know you can take it back! love their stuff!!
