Forgoing the traditional flower and candle centerpieces, you can get really creative with centerpieces that double as favors. These are some wonderful ideas from Better Homes and Gardens.

haaa haaa.. I thought of the same thing before. Good $ saving option. The bird one is so cute!

The first one with the styrofoam base is a good idea. The candleholder piece with the bird’s nest is gorgeous, but not very practical in my case, because buying 20 of them I imagine would come up to quite a bit of money, and after the wedding I’d be stuck with all these candlestands in our tiny apartment! That’s one of the factors I can’t help taking into consideration when we look at buying decor stuff for the wedding (yes we can always sell them after, but you know how that goes!)- what will we do with it and meanwhile where will we keep it??!!
