Fun! I am in a contest.

Thanks everyone for your lovely comments!

aisle runner - we painted on it - it is a popular project on The Knot (which is where I stole… errr borrowed… the idea from).

Invites: Vic and I (well mostly Vic, he is a graphic designer) designed them using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign. I got the inspiration for the design from http://www.studioapril.com/ - I love their work. We sent them out for printing with a local printer. The envelopes and decorative paper came from Paper-Source (I heart them) and I also bought their envelope liner kit to make those.

thanks again girls!

Hello Laurie …

I just wanted to let you know how much I absolutely adored your entry with all your fabulous designs and cards! I was just about to ask HOW you printed all those cards but you just answered the questions. It’s exquisite.

Best wishes!

Laurie, how did you design your wedding website? Did you use iWeb? I’ve been trying to design our wedding website, but have been struggling…and so have yet to send the STDs. BTW, I also love your guest book - much better than the usual ones for purchase!

B - thanks so much!

For the website we used an open-source template and just tweaked the design. We could have done one from scratch, but like you, we were kind of holding off sending the STD’s until we had a site up and running.

The site I used was http://www.oswd.org.

Good luck!

Jenny: thank you so much. I got the locket frame at Michael’s craft store.

MB: thanks! we put a lot of thought in to them.

we had them printed at a local shop: http://www.adamspressinc.com/

they did a great job, and my fi works with them fairly often. If you request a quote, please tell them that Victor & Laurie referred you (Victor who did their website). They will take care of you.
