Open Question: Honeymoon Resources

Hey Ladies…

Avid reader of the site, recently engaged (July 3), and trying to get as much planned this summer before grad school starts in the fall. I’m wondering where to begin with the honeymoon search. Are there websites you would recommend? I did a google search and saw that New York Magazine has featured some really great places over the years, and am wondering if there are other such resources that I might be leaving out.

i wanted to add that we searched through the knot honeymoon bio, then googled the resort further. we read lots of reviews and even looked for people’s honeymoon pictures before deciding.

we got a great package for our honeymoon in french polynesia through one of the auctions, and recently booked another upcoming trip to the south of france through the site as well.

the travel channel also has a review of honeymon spots, but not sure how long ago it was written.

I’ve never work with them. But my coworker told me good things about them. They are known for creating customized trips and they help you plan out your itineraries. You can do amazon adventures, culinary exploration, or just luxurious pampering, they can come up with activities that fit your taste. Very cool.

wherever you choose, definitely check out tripadvisor.com and read the reviews from other people.

I never travel without checking it out on that website first.
