Originally, we were planning on making boxed invitations with seashells that looked something like this mock-up:

But the boxes were a huge headache because: 1. we got the wrong kind (semi-automatic popups) that kept concaving in at the corners, 2. the dimensions weren’t approved for mailing by the post office, so we would have to stuff the boxes inside large envelopes, and 3. they just didn’t look nice (that’s what we get for buying cheapo boxes).
So, we decided to just “Keep It Simple, Stupid” and forgo the boxes. The invitations were still beautiful without them. ![]()

I absolutely adore the textured mulberry paper- it reminds me of the beautiful Caribbean sea. And the sheer orange ribbon adds a tropical splash of color.

The specific ceremony location and time are available on our website, so I figured I could get away with wording it as “sunset on the cliffs” on our invitations. ![]()
So now that I’ve revealed our wedding details, can I expect some of you to crash our wedding?! Hahaha.
Only 3 months away! I get all giddy and excited just thinking about it. Woohoo!
Oh Miss Ant they’re gorgeous! That color combination is fantastic–makes me think of drinking fruity mixed drinks on the beach
