My client owns the same type of dance studio too.. one in Silicon Valley, one in South SF. She keeps telling me to check out her class… heee heee :-P. It looks like a lot of fun. But quite pricey tho…

S Factor is LOTS of fun and highly addictive (and costly) — I went to a few classes at the studio here in LA and then bought the DVDs to work out at home!
