Superman’s Brandon Routh proposed to his girlfriend actress Courtney Ford earlier this month. The pair of three years are starring together in a short film called Denial this fall, and plan to marry next fall.

Routh called Ford his personal kryptonite. “She brings me to my knees,” he said.
