What a sweet entry!

We have a bunch of little things too (and some are pretty similar to yours, actuall!): every time after we kiss, he kisses my nose while I kiss his chin. We have this special way of laying and cuddling where he just envelopes me and it’s mmm soooo comfy! When we’re just having a night in, we always get each others’ drinks–he knows just how I like my rum and cokes, and I make sure that when I take one beer out of the fridge, I put another one in to be getting cold. He never wears matching socks, so when I run into him on-campus it always makes me smile to see that :). When he misplaces his glasses I can always find them, and when I fall asleep reading he puts away my book and turns out the light.

Oops…just went on longer than I’d intended :). But you’re right, it’s all the little things that remind you why you love someone–not just the big things

when he always jumps up to grab my cell phone for me every time it rings. because i’m lazy.

Okay, this is so lame, but when he/I get into bed when the other is sleeping, he always rubs my tushie. SO shameful. It puts me to sleep, though! So he does that at least 3 times a night. Also, when I’m awake, and he’s sleeping, sometimes I’ll kiss him, and even though he’s completely OUT, he’ll kiss back. And, whenever he or I are sitting on the couch, one of us leans over the other and kisses, bottom lip to top, and we both say “Spiderman”. Like in the movie, ya know? We are laaaame.

I am not married, nor even engaged. I have been in pretty long relationship (2 1/2 years) and we plan on marrying someday. but I’m only a freshman in college, so it’ll be awhile! but the thing that still completely calms me and sends a glowing feeling through my body is when he kisses me on the forehead. I LOVE THAT. it’s so delicate, but so powerful. I also love how he sends me text messages or emails out of the blue telling me that he loves me. he often sends me a message that says “I love you more than the stars love the moon.” I love that.

there’s so much more, but I don’t want to go on forever. haha I LOVE your site! keep up the good work!

We’re all going to go home to our significant others tonight and give them that “squeeze a lil tighter hug” and they’re gonna say, “what?” and we’ll say… “oh nothing.” I LOVE IT!

a lot of my little things are like what’s already been said. he always holds my hand, even when one of us is driving, he’ll randomly kiss my hand, he’ll whisper how much he loves me. he’ll text or call me during the day just to say i love you or hi. he always makes sure i have everything i need. we’re a long distance couple, so whenever i go to see him, he’ll make sure i have all my stuff packed in my suitcase while i’m running around getting ready to leave. i can write an entire sappy post but i’ll end with this: i’m a HUGE baseball fan so whenever we’re together and lounging around, he’ll find a baseball game for me to watch. even though he doesn’t really like the sport. that’s how i knew he was a keeper.

I love when I am in fiance rubs my back when we are laying in bed (I sleep on my stomach a lot). Or if we are laying in bed he will pat his chest as a way to invite me to lay my head on his chest. And he makes kissy faces at me randomly. And he will tell me how pretty or sexy I am, even if I haven’t showered, my hair is up in a bun, and I am wearing sweats. And he has different smiles, like the “I am so in love smile” or “you are such a goofball smile” or the “come over hereeeeee” smile.

Dave is such a gentleman…he always opens the door and closes it for me…always goes out and carries all my stuff for me, including my purse!! When we talk, he always gazes at me and if a hair is out of place, he’ll use his hand and slightly brush it away from my face…we send each other txt messages and little emails to each other…my list goes on….i’m spoiled and very lucky to have him…He’s a prince charming in every romantic way and everyday!

I love it when he lets me snuggle my very cold feet with his at night while we’re asleep. He’s never once complained, and I’ve done it since day one.

He just smiles.

headbutting is our thing. at first i thought he was nut, but now i find it endearing. he knows how much i love kimchi jigae, so after being in california for a week, i came back to a yummy warm pot of my favorite soup on the stove, which he made from scratch. he always finish my food for me when we go out. i’m usually the one doing the laundry because i’m more fussy w/ a certain ones and only hang dry them. i was too busy to do a load b4 going on my cali trip, but i came home to find out it’s already been done, nicely folded, with all my underwears hungdry on the ikea foldable rack. when we ride the subway, sometimes i would put my head on his shoulder, and i love it when he puts his head on my head. and, almost everytime we fight, we would be the one that comes to me later, and pull me into his arm, look @ me with these sad puppy eyes, tell me how much he loves me, and kiss me on my forehead. i miss my boo.

i love when my hubby pulls me close to him when we are sleeping, so that i am in the crook of his neck, that perfectly comfortable and close place that makes me feel safe and at peace. i also love that behind the facade of a macho husband, i often come home to find laundry that is already done or dishes all washed and a clean apartment

…seriously, great post! it made me happy to comment. afterall, it’s important to remember the little things because it’s so easy to get caught up in the drama of everything else.

Ahhh… so many of the similar things that other posters have written, but my favorite is everyday when come home from work, we race to drop our loads and then jump into each others arms and SQUEEZE each other as tight as humanly possible. Then he’ll lift me up and spin me around.
Also I love that in the mornings when he wakes up before me, he’ll come back to the bed and coax me awake. Then as I mumble, and shake my head that I dont wanna get up, he’ll put his arms gently behind my back and my neck and scoop me up like a baby hehehe. SOOO cheesy!! Luv it!!
