About Mrs. Lily

Invitation Heaven

September 7th, 2006 @ 2:54 pm by Mrs. Lily

Amy and Mary Beth, the duo who comprise Peculiar Pair Press make letterpress invitations that incorporate all of the elements that, in my book, make a spectacular invite: they are elegant, beautifully made, and a hair whimsical. Amy sent me an envelope full of samples (FYI they cost $15, but she didn’t skimp!) and I just had to share some of them with you all.

Here are the samples spread out:

To be honest, I haven’t exactly done the math on how much these little gems cost just yet, but hopefully the price tag won’t break my bank account if Mr. Lily and I decide to go for them!

i love Peculiar Pair. and i would have gotten it too, if not for Mr. Daisy’s (and my mom’s) simpler tastes. such gorgeous stuff, it’s insane!

I LOVE their stuff and living in SF, had the chance to meet with them in person. Sadly, my budget would have been stretched to the max. They start at $30 a set.

PPP is awesome! And I’ve worked with Amy and Mary Beth there! If you’re registered at Bloomingdale’s, they offer all registered brides a 10% discount on invites and carry PPP. (Plus a lot of other brands).

I previously worked there — look for Judy Paulen Designs and ask for JACLYN!!

Thanks for all your comments– esp the 10% off tip from Kim!!! I sort of tried to price out the invites at Kate’s and the ones I was looking at seemed like they were less than $30/set… especially since I don’t need ALL the pieces. I’ll keep you all posted if I find out more!

Amy says:

Oops…just to clarify, it’s $30 for CUSTOM invites. I didn’t price out the standard options.
