As some of you know, I am using a bluish / teal bridesmaid dress and have been debating on what color to use with it. The little voice in my head has gone back and forth and back and forth on colors, but I’m pretty sure GREEN is what I’m sticking with (Oh my god, did I just write that? It seems so permanent now!).

Now I am trying to come up with flowers for my bridesmaids and the centerpieces. I really love the monochromatic, pave look for flowers, but I just don’t know that many flowers that come in green. Hydrangea, roses, mums, mini carnations… what else? I’d appreciate any suggestions and photos you all are willing to share! Anyone else out there a “green bride?”

Cymbidium orchids come in different shades of green. There’s also green lisianthuses and tulips. Viburnum are green and they look similar to hydrangeas.

i’m doing green as well.. with possibly some pinks mixed in, but i want it mostly green.. green is such a fresh and vibrant color.. and i’m sure there are many different varieties to choose from. just find a good florist and i’m sure you’ll be fine.

I love green flowers. I’m thinking of doing green, cream, and an orangey (not a word I know) color. The kind flower depends on the season though, unless you plan on spending a lot extra for hard to find out of season flowers.
