The Guestbook Scrapbook

September 26th, 2006 @ 4:23 pm by Mrs. Bee

The Guestbook Store allows you to customize guestbook pages into a fun, interactive, scrapbook-like layout. You can choose specific themes like wedding or bridal shower, pick a fabric or leather cover, then select the number of pages you want. You can even add special pages for displaying invitations, recording gift logs, or blank create-your-own pages.

very cute… i think this might take a lil’ longer to sign than a tradition guestbook… i think guestbooks are a waste of money… but cute ones like these are totally worth it :)

Yeah I agree kanipark. I looked for the cheapest one myself. But I would’ve spent the money on something like this!!

I love the concept - but the curly, cartoony look is not my style. It looks like something for a kiddie party.

Milka, they also have a different font & border that’s more formal and elegant

We did something like this for my girlfriend’s bridal shower and we added a recipe along with advices… but for wedding guest book, I’m concerned with how long it might take to sign it, but I guess you can get a few clip boards =)

i agree - although it seems that the guests may take awhile to sign in, it’s so worthwhile to have such a memorable scrapbook-like guest book!!

I went to a wedding where they had this guest book. Everyone took their time and filled them out throughout the evening. It definitely kept people busy while we were waiting for the bride and groom. Before I knew it they were there and we were at the buffet! People really got into it. My wedding is next summer, and I plan on getting this or making one of my own.

I’m doing something similar, but not in a book and not quite as long - and my fiance and I both felt that this would take far too long to complete and we were worried that if we left the pages on their dinner tables for guests to sign, they would get wet or dirty with food.
We decided to print 4.25×5.5 cards in blue and white cardstock and put a small border around the edge and the cards say Name at the top, How do you know the Bride and/or Groom and then Best Wishes/Words of Advice etc
We bought a really large vase from walmart that is sitting in a metal rack for people to place the cards in when finished

I didn’t want some stupid book with lines in it that people just signed their name and date in - for one, I invited them, so i know who’s there and I also know the date of my wedding haha
