There are things our significant others do in front of us, that they never do in front of others. Mr. Bee for example, always makes up songs about our cat Smokey. He takes songs and puts Smokey’s name into them like, “I believe that Smokey is the future, teach her well and let her lead the way.” (sung to the music of Whitney Houston’s Greatest Love of All).

What silly things does your significant other do in front of you but not in front of others?
Mr. Sunflower also likes to make up his own lyrics to songs! They’re usually about the most random things and absolutely hilarious. Something else he does when no one else is around is break out into a little dance for no apparent reason. He’s insane…one of the many reasons why I love him 
Mine makes up the most random songs too!
Oh, and he thinks he can dance like Justin Timberlake, in the privacy of our own home! Oh yes, bringing sexy back indeed!
Oh there are so many things, each one cuter than the last…
He makes our cats “do voices”. As in, he holds them up by the shoulders and in this squeaky voice says “Mommy I love you!” or “Mommy why don’t you feed me?”
He also makes this face that pretty much says “I’m a bada**”–he does it a lot when he gets out of the shower and is prancing around in his birthday suit, lol.
Sometimes when he’s doing dishes and listening to music, I catch him twirling around in the kitchen
Man, now I’m gonna get in big trouble for saying all this! No one tell Mr. Blueberry! teeheehee
um, mine has made up several original songs about our cat which he has been riffing on for years. ha! we should make a medley of our men singing for our cats.
a lot.. aside from the disgusting stuff, he does a lot of cute things.. he only dances in front of me (that can be a problem on our wedding day!) he shows a lot more affection in private. we’re both pretty private actually.
My boyfriend makes up little songs too, but about me. I have a few recordings of him on my cell phone. One of them is:

Hehe…that really cracked me up when I first heard it because it was so unlike a guy.

my husband does the exact same thing except inserts the name of our dog, Cowboy, into every song imaginable. we’re both a bit obsessed with our dog. And he likes to run up the stairs on all fours, like our dog. weird, I know.
i guess every man makes up songs about their pets! the big secret is revealed!
My fiance sings Shakira songs but changes the lyrics to be about our ferret and cat. Don’t ask. He sings all the time and I can’t say it’s only in front of me - he does it in front of everyone.
He’s ridiculous, but also brilliant. Very professional in a work environment (he used to work on Capitol Hill), but when the day is done, so is the professional attitude.
Miss Blueberry: I love the twirling around in the kitchen while doing dishes! Too funny!
Mine enjoys doing Tai Chi naked, push ups naked. Really, he loves doing anything naked since it makes me laugh like a hyena. =)
Hahahaha My hubby does the same thing as you Mrs Bee He dances around with one of the cats in his arms singing songs about them He also pops his head in the room when Im on the computer with a silly grin on his head and then starts to sing to me
Smokey looks like she’s smiling! My bf and I have a cat, Sandra, and he likes to speak for our cat like he’s reading her mind or something…
Like.. “I am hungry.. FEEEED ME. *meow*”
He likes to dance. And by dance I mean… dance like Napolean Dynamite. THen sometimes he sings along to his favorite rock songs, with air guitar and holding an imaginary mike. It’s hilarious. I’m so embarassed by it, but it’s so funny that I can’t help but point and laugh at him.
We change the lyrics to songs with our dogs names too!!
I think Mr. YuMMie would kill me if I tell you all.. but let’s just put it this way… he seems manly and macho to his students, his friends and my family and friends but when we’re alone, he’s the goofiest silliest funniest man on earth! He makes me laugh =)
We just recently watched Finding Nemo and since then, we’ve been doing a “lucky fin” high five that Nemo and his dad did. We’ll flap our hands and then high five each other. It’s sort of our way of saying bye. =P He also sings, talks, and dances like he’s ghetto but that’s in front of anyone, not just me. It still makes me laugh though. =)
