Our engagement party is in two weeks and I still have nothing to wear. It’s at a local restaurant that warrants a “casually nice” dress code. If I wear a tea-length dress, will I be overdressed?

Just like at the wedding, what you wear should be the guidelines for what everyone else wears :-)

Yes, wear it, definately, once in a lifetime party, you’ll regret it if you don’t. I constantly overdress a bit for things just so I feel better!
