Our wedding colors are:
deep red/dark chocolate/champagne-taupe/white/gold
I struggled with finding a color combo that fit me and our fall wedding. I didn’t want to do the typical autumn colors. And lots of color schemes I loved didn’t translate to flowers. Finally, I decided upon these and I love them!!
Here’s a breakdown:
deep red- flowers/cake accent color
champagne/taupe- bridesmaids dress color
chocolate- color of table linens/thank you card envelope color
gold- chivari chairs
white- um, yeh- dress

Yea! These are my colors, too! I’m borrowing your color swatches to show my mom; hopefully she can see how beautiful it is all together (she is frowning on the brown a tad!).
I love the colors. Where did you take the pictures from? I’d like to put together a fabric swatch like that for my colors, I’m going with most of those and maybe a deep burnt orange. I’m doing the more traditional autumn feel.
i just want to hug you (and nhi above)!!! those are very close to what I am doing, except I am subbing the red for dark pink, or a combo of pinks. but im using the champagne/taupe for dresses, and brown for linens/details too!

oh, and i tweaked each of the colors to make them match our colors as best as i could then i put them all together

Those are my exact colors too! Switching around the BM dresses and tablecloths to deep red though! Using brown and taupe as an accent! Good luck with it! I think the colors are very modern and rustic.

If doing a taupe color for women, what color should the men wear? Is black still okay?
We have found the most frequently asked balloon colours for 2007 so far are
1. violets / lilacs
2. Burgandy / deep red
3. greens
4. Gold / Ivory mix
5. Chocolates.
Our balloon supplier only added a chocolate balloon last year to the range. The Burgandy deep red was the most popular last year.
