On the first one…when you go to the details page, you can see they made them into stickers. What is the machine they’re using called, and where can I get one?

5.
janie says:

it’s the xyron machine to make the stickers. you can get them on joanns and make sure to utilize those 50% off coupons or even the 40% off ones when they send or post them! good luck!

ms. violet - love love love the pics! they’re so pretty and unique.

Jen - excellent question. That is called a Xryon Machine. It can do several things - make stickers, laminate on both sides and make magnets. Xyron has several different models to choose from. It’s great o have especially if you’re into arts & crafts, but it’ll cost you a bit. Depending on the model, it can range from the smallest sticker machine of $9.99 to $200 I believe. I have the Xyron 510 which costs $49.99. Cartridges average about $15 -$20 per refill.

Visit http://www.xyron.com for more information.

I bought mine at Michaels, but you can also get it at Joanns (www.joanns.com)

janie, you beat me to it. =P

yes don’t forget those coupons! you usually get the michaels coupon in your circulars. if you sign up to joanns.com mail, they’ll send you emails from time to time.

kate says:

Hi, I actually have a Xyron machine that I will not be using anymore. It’s the 510 and will make things up to 5″ wide. I’m more than happy to pass it along for free to another bride. I guess first to email me will get it (am I allowed to do this here?). I’ll post our wedding website URL as a link from my name and you can find my email address there.

miss violet says:

caseroo7 says:

I was just wondering where i could get truffles similar to those? Does anyone know? I thought that idea was absolutely amazing!

20.
miss violet says:

caseroo7 - are you talking about the very last one in the purple pot? i’m sure you can easily find those truffles, finding a pot similiar to that may need some research…

21.
kate says:

We’re having truffles as favors at our wedding. We ended up just calling a local truffle maker whose truffles are sold at a nearby specialty food store. There are many artisinal chocolate makers who will help you out. Our guy even wrapped the little boxes in paper and ribbon in our wedding colors.

Mrz ILW says:

Hi Ladies,

I love the pictures. However, does anyone know where I can start looking for the mini purple flower pots? I REALLY need them! :-)

Thanks!

23.
miss violet says:

Mrz ILW - I think one option is to make them. I’m pretty sure Michaels carry miniature pots that you can paint.

I think these are it..

You’ll need stencils for the writing part.

24.
caseroo7 says:

Miss Violet- Yeah i was talking about the last truffle with the spiral on them! I thought they were so cute, and so far online ive mainly found only dark and milk chocolate truffles. Not the white like this one. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!!!

25.
miss violet says:

caseroo7 - Godiva sells white chocolate truffles for sure, but online they only sell by assortments. You’ll have to go to the store to look at it.

Godiva: http://www.godiva.com/catalog/product.aspx?id=932&SE_Section=Shop&SE_Category=61

I found white chocolate truffles here:
http://www.affairs-chocolate.com/truffles.htm

And these golfballs just look so cute.. at Lake Champlain:
http://www.lakechamplainchocolates.com/products.aspx?pn_deptid=411

I also saw a white chocolate one just like the picture in the assortment sampler on Lake Champlains website. I guess you’ll have to call them about making bulk orders on that.

Also found some here.

Another one..

Or what you can do is find a local chocolate shop and have the custom make it for you. Hope this info. helps!
