Mr. Lily is going to think I’ve gone insane (I know it’s not the first time I’ve said that, be he’s a little more “no frills” than me…), but I just discovered these gorgeous aisle runners and now I want one. Not as bad as I want a puppy, but still…

The Original Runner Co. makes personalized aisle runners with monograms, flowers, butterflies, quotes, borders, etc. in many different colors. They’re based in NYC so I may just have to pay them a little visit!

I put together a little montage of just a few of my favorites (it was hard to choose!):

You know…. if you get a smaller breed (10lbs or under) and you have time to take the little baby out for play and exercise, then I don’t see why you can’t have a dog! Even tho I live in a good sized house, my puppy is not allowed to go upstairs or to the basement so she doesn’t have that much room to run around in and she doesn’t do that much inside.
