thats great news! pls share- how did it eventually get resolved? did Starwood corporate have to step in or did the GM of the Sheraton resolve it himself? i mean, did they have available rooms to begin with and try to pull a quick one on you?
i’m having my wedding there and just wanted to know if there are any customer service issues I need to be aware of….
