We’re so happy we numbered our little RSVP cards! We’ve received several cards from our guests with a check mark indicating whether or not they would be attending, but they did not identify themselves! Since we numbered them, all I had to do was flip the card over and see what number corresponded with our numbered guest list. Ta-da! Guest found.

if only there was something you could write on the RSVP card so people would actually return them…. “Please respond by” ain’t working so well for us.

So that’s what numbers on the back of the card are for! I remember seeing a number on the back of a wedding RSVP card my boyfriend and I were invited to during the summer.

i hid the numbers inside the envelopes. by sticking the pencil in and hoping for legibility. so far we’ve only had one come back nameless–my MOH’s card!!
