Thanks to Miss Blueberry and Miss Bird in Paradise’s recent posts on color palettes, I rethought my color scheme for my wedding.
The bridesmaid’s dress is in the color found on the top-right in silk dupioni. My satin dress in ivory organza is on the bottom-left. Flowers in pink you see at the top left and bottom right. And lastly, the interior of the reception hall (wood) as well as invitation text are in chocolate/espresso brown as indicated in the middle.
I highly recommend this exercise so you know for sure that these are the colors you want for the wedding.

All 3 shades of pink are in the same family and will coordinate soooo well 
Actually the top-right fabric is in toasted almond sorta color — light brown/cashmere color so not exactly pink. But, they all work well. Phew
where did you find those pics of fabric swatches?
Just keep in mind that colors can look drastically different on other people’s computer screens so I would track down the colors in person and give those swatches to any vendors, the bridal party, etc.

I found my swatches at Denver Fabric, but how do you make the “grid”?
Copy and paste them into MS Paint. When you’re over, save as jpeg. Thank you goes out to Miss Blueberry and Miss Bird in Paradise again for their AWESOME idea
