Miss Butterfly’s post on engagement photo outfits yesterday reminded me that I should blog about our upcoming e-photo session. My FI and I went shopping a couple of weeks ago for an outfit for him to wear on our engagement photo session this Sunday. We landed at BR.
He was in dire need of some new and up-to date clothes. I can’t have him wearing his signature “Game of Fury” t-shirt at the photo session. 
So he purchased this camel color cotton/cashmere two button cuorduroy blazer, matching heritage skinny school striped tie, paired with some aged dark jeans. He also purchased these Urban Oxford shoes on sale - good for casual jeans.
As mentioned on a previous blog, we decided we really wanted kids to be part of our engagement photos. We got the approval from our photographer so we’re good to go. His comments were, “It’ll definitely be different.” hahaha.
I still don’t have an outfit but I’m searching for something depending on the weather. I saw these cute outfits at Anthropologie.

it’s 1980’s HORRIBLE!
I ended up going to Montmartre in the Time Warner Center, thinking I’d find a cute dress or something there for my epics this Friday. Thanks to a helpful salesperson, I now have a new Fall wardrobe (she’s great–if you ever need a stylist, let me know!).
I am planning on wearing black pants + cute Milly top with a small pattern on it + wide belt + cashmere wrap sweater
and/or
Green dress + wide green belt + 4 inch pumps.

Ooh, I just tried on that red dress (looking for a rehearsal dinner dress) and it was adorable. It runs really small though…just a warning. Too strapless for me but I bet you’ll look great in it.
the red dress is cute. i think you’ll look good in red, plus reds is good luck for special occasions. sorry, but i really can’t imagine your FI in that suit. i just always picture him in his t-shirts. but i’m sure he’ll look really handsome dressed up. must see pics!
