Open Question: Online Wedding Program

What is the best online wedding program? I know “theknot” has an online guest list manager, there’s also “wedding tracker.” I’d like something web based, so my mom and I can both use it.

i am using Backpackit to plan my wedding long-distance. fi, family and wed planner all have access to it.
on our account, we have a “to do” list and a guest list. we can also post links to ideas and inspiration pieces.
we are using an excel spreadsheet…everyone filled in their info and guests they want to invite, and i copy and pasted it to my main one. I have it color coded (because im a weirdo like that) for Bride or Groom side, and I have columns for kids?, invite but know they wont come, bridal party, immediate family, etc…

I first used it for our guests to get more info on our wedding, but it also comes with some very handy programs.
I REALLY love the EZWeddingplanner.com, this site helps me with everything, almost everything, and I was able to export to Excel with no problem.
I receive email reminders two days before each deadline and it is loaded with the seating chart, guest list, plans, budgets, and its all FREE!!!
Make sure you print out vital information as the data is deleted shortly after your event!
I really liked http://www.seatingarrangement.com/, i was able to design the floor plan, manage the guest list, track RSVPs, assign seating and much more… ALL FOR FREE!!!

We are using Google spreadsheets. Very similar to Excel, easy to share, etc.
