I mean rings.

My fiance and I went ring shopping last week. It was so much fun! Although I think by the 5th store my fiance was getting really tired, and I have to admit that after awhile, you lose track of what you saw where and you notice that the styles are not too different from store to store.

We did our shopping a the Jersey Gardent Outlet Mall where they had several diamond outlet stores (Zales, CR Jewelers, just to name a few) and even a jewelry exchange section with many more stores. The great thing about shopping for wedding bands at an outlet store vs. a regular store is that you will find almost the exact same rings (because wedding band trends do not differ dramatically over time) sold at a huge discounted price.

We didn’t buy our rings yet, but our favorites for the day were (mine/his)…

My engagement ring is a very simple platinum 6-prong band, so I decided I wanted a little more bling for my wedding band. As for my fiance, he’s actually not the type to have a diamond in his ring (he was originally thinking just a super simple band), but thought this one was not as boring as a plain band, while not too over-the-top.

Yes! One more psuedo check-off. Haha. Yes, I have checks and pseudo checks. Come on now, cut me some slack… I gotta feel like I’m making some progress here.
