Eeeekkk~ so excited! We finally booked our honeymoon! We will be staying at the luxurious 5 star, all-inclusive Paradisus Palma Real in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. According to Trip Advisor, the average room rate is $500 a night, but of course we didn’t pay anywhere near that price (cuz trust me, this girl is on a tight budget)!

We were really close to booking with Secrets Excellence in Punta Cana, but (FYI) I discovered that all Secrets Excellence resorts are undergoing a change of management and thus felt that previous raves about this hotel chain wouldn’t necessarily hold true in the near future.

So yeah, Paradisus Palma Real it is! We ended up booking through Orbitz because they had the best deal (hotel + flight)! Currently the have a special promotion where you can:

Anyways, here are some pictures of where we’ll be spending 7 lovely nights in early May. “But aren’t you getting married in March?” you ask. “Yesh yesh, but since Mr. Peach is currently in school, we have to wait until he’s done with classes in May before we take our honeymoon!”
