Snow Globe Favors

October 25th, 2006 @ 1:39 pm by Mrs. Bee

I’m not into tchotchkes, but for some reason I love snow globes. These ones from Urban Outfitters are awesome because you can put your own picture inside!

You could put a picture of the city you’re getting married in (or whatever picture you desire), and your guests could put their own picture in it later. They’re the perfect winter wedding favor.

$6.00 each at Urban Outfitters.

I did that for my 18th birthday since it’s in Dec. You can get them at Walmart for $3. Or maybe less. I don’t remember exactly, but it was either $3 or below.

I’ve had one for a while…there are fun glitter-filled ones at Borders year-round. I have given them for gifts outside of the holidays!

We used these as both our place cards and favors at our wedding. One side had our picture, the other had the guest’s name and table number. They were a huge hit!

My FI suggested we use them in our centerpieces. My father used them as Christmas gifts last year. Just don’t let them freeze!
