Just a little about myself…
Mr. Raspberry and I live in the Georgetown area of Washington, DC and are planning the wedding from here, but will actually be getting married in my hometown, just 30 miles outside of Buffalo, NY. I feel so fortunate that we live in DC and are so close to NYC so we will be able to plan an exquisite wedding and hopefully save a little money along the way by getting married outside of the city. Our wedding is in July, 2007, so we have a little time, but for a crazy DIYer like me, there is sooo much to do before then and the time will go fast!
I am thrilled that I will be able to share great info about DC and online vendors that I have been working with and look forward to hearing about things you are doing too!

*sigh* I miss DC so much. I lived in NoVa for college and a few years after that. For the last three years though, I’ve lived in Williamsburg where my fiance attends law school. Next May we move to NH, which is where I am from originally and have not lived in the last 10 years! We’re also getting married in NH.
Still, my heart sank a little when I realized we would not live in DC. Good luck with planning!
