I’m not on a diet, but I am watching what I eat for the pending dress fitting in December. One thing I learned to enjoy are meringue cookies from Trader Joe’s. They’re stiff meringues sold in small buckets for around $3. And essentially, they are egg whites whipped with sugar. They come in a number of flavors — my fave is lemon for now. It just disappears in my mouth as soon as I bite into it and yet, leaves my sweet tooth happy without chocolate or craving for more. (and only 2 Weight Watcher points!)

Blech…meringues! Lol I am not a fan of those at all…we’re not having them on the dessert buffet for that reason

My favorite semi-indulgence is these Little Debbie snack cakes that are angel food w/ raspberry filling. They’re like twinkies, only they have 120 calories each, and 1 gram of fat!!!

I think we all have to have something like that to survive
