Cast Iron Skillet Catfish with Sauce Menuiere, Crawfish Pecan Relish and Brabant Potatoes

Grilled, eight ounce Filet Mignon set on Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Baby Carrots

The groom’s cake served with hot coffee

-bite-sized fried catfish strips served with tartar and remoulade dipping sauces
-shrimp etouffee served with Louisiana long grain white rice
-crawfish fettuccine
-steamed vegetables
Carving station -
peppercorn encrusted grilled tenderloin served with whole grilled portobello mushrooms and condiments to include champagne mustard, garlic aioli, horseradish cream sauce.
Served on pocket bread rolls.
