About Mrs. Strawberry

Many brides are concerned with creating the “perfect day” down to the very last detail. Some call it being a perfectionist. Others call it anal retentive. Or crazy. What category does monogrammed toilet paper fall into? Ahh, yes, that’s right…crazy. Crazy is the new cute.

I saw this somewhere last week and told my fiance about it.

It’s disturbing. Who would buy this? It would have to be done as a joke!

I used these at my wedding, particularly because the bathrooms were dumpy and needed to be jazzed up somehow. People could NOT believe how detailed oriented I was. Two guests even came up to me on the dance floor, waving toilet paper in hand and were like “I cannot believe you!” People actually thought it was pretty cool. We were at a wedding in Philadelphia two weeks ago, and when the bride’s dad was giving his speech, he gave a special thanks to the wedding planner for doing such a great job, down the very last detail. Monogrammed Bathroom Tissue in both the Men’s and Women’s restrooms. This is the 2nd wedding we have been at that has done this.

It is a great way to roll out the bride’s new initial.

my boy and i have been arguing over whether we’ll have the crappy rough stuff he likes or the soft plush stuff i like. maybe this will solve our problem and we won’t have to install a second tp holder!

I just got married on the 21st and we used this. I wanted something that showed my silly nature in a formal setting…plus something that pushed the envelope just a little. You gotta have the shock factor at times!

However, I was literally flushing money down the toilet on that one. :)

The best part of it was that after the night was over my boss and his wife went to every stall and grabbed what was left. I cam back today to a monogramed TPed office. :)
