Say Cheese please!

I love photo booths! For the longest time I felt it was out of my budget and I couldn’t decide if I would keep the pictures for myself (muhahahaha), or give them to the guests as favors. Then I came across Redcheese photo booths. These digital photo booths fit up to 8 people at the same time and you have the option of printing out doubles. You can also opt to get a CD file of all the prints, and have them host your pictures on their website with a password so guests can view and purchase them after the event. My favorite “extra” is you can add a personalized banner to the bottom of the pictures. You can design a logo for your wedding and it will print out with every set of photos.

¢¢â€š¬¢ Setup and breakdown of booth
¢¢â€š¬¢ Free Delivery*

The Deluxe Package is $1749 and includes:
¢¢â€š¬¢ Up to 4 hours service
¢¢â€š¬¢ Unlimited photos for the duration of your event (color or B&W)
¢¢â€š¬¢ Friendly & knowledgeable on-site technician
¢¢â€š¬¢ Setup and breakdown of booth
¢¢â€š¬¢ *Free Delivery within 40 miles of the following cities: San Francisco (CA), Sacramento (CA), Los Angeles (CA), Irvine (CA), & San Diego (CA). Mileage is based on round-trip travel to/from your event. Additional Miles of travel $1/mile based on RT mileage
¢¢â€š¬¢ High resolution digital image files delivered on CD-ROM
¢¢â€š¬¢ Custom event banner applied to prints

They have specials every now and then which is why I ended up booking. They gave me the Deluxe package at a reduced price, and also included the two sets of prints at no extra cost because I booked before last July. I am so excited to take pictures in here during the reception. Haha I think the guests will love being goofy. I know they won’t throw away their favor and I’m really going to enjoy seeing the pictures afterwards.

I am getting a photobooth and plan on asking people to take pics and go back as often as they want–so they should take some home as their favors! I love this idea.

I think we’re paying about the same and getting all the same, but our booth doesn’t have color pics/isn’t digital. It’s a “classic” black and white booth and I have heard raves, still. Pretty excited!

You will not regret getting a photobooth for your wedding. At our 10/22/06 wedding and recepation, we had an old fashioned photo booth and left scrapbooking material out and it was such a hit that I’m getting one for our St. Louis reception in another week. It is that fun and so worth it. If I could add a few suggestions, make sure your guests know they should take as many shots as they want (at least 2 sets at once, especially if it’s not a double set of each sitting deal) and to leave one set for bride and groom and take another one home. Do not count on the attendant to let everyone know what to do. Make signs with instructions and samples, if possible. Get creative…have funny glasses, small dry erase board & markers, hats, etc. so the photos could be even more unique and meaningful. For St. Louis I’m going to make sure we have a few Cardinal hats, pennants lying around as props. Also have the dj or whomever is hosting your dinner periodically remind folks to take advantage of the photobooth. People had the best time doing this.

I am OBSESSED with photobooths and am SO sad there is nothing like this (bigger booth and faster developing) in Seattle. :( (or is there?!?!? Research, anyone!?!?)

To show how obsessed I am, bf and I did photobooths EIGHT TIMES in the month of September (3 fairs!!)

The photographer who is my current front runner has a photobooth. And honestly, that was his biggest selling point. I am super psyched about it.

We splurged on a photobooth for our reception and it was a blast! The later it got and the more cocktails consumed the crazier the photos got! Props would be fun to add and we put out a little signs instructing guests to enjoy the complementarily photobooth and to take a few for themselves but leave a strip for the bride and groom. We had a huge stack at the end of the night.

I love the redcheese - what fun and so creative! No bench seat in the old photobooths so it’s hard to pile in the people. Great idea! Thanks for sharing :)
