oh my god!!! please don’t go to luvin sullivan, please. customer service is awful.

kate confirmed my cake order for my 11/11/06 wedding & as of today (we are literally 4 days away) i have heard NOTHING about it.

kate hasn’t return my calls, hasn’t responded to any emails other than to say that she is very sorry that she has been so busy/out of touch. this was on a group email to 18 other brides.

i was a wreck over this cake, i ended up finding someone who could make us our cake other than kate. what a disappointing experience working with her was. i honestly don’t recommend her, i’d go as far as giving her a 0 rating. she seemed very sweet & on point when we first started talking in early 2006. then she got very busy (instyle weddings feature, today show appearance) & never followed up. i had such high hopes for my luvin sullivan cake & i lost sleep over it. i honestly don’t recommend her & i am the most easy going bride known to man kind–i am essentially an events planner so i thought the process would be easy peasy all the way through. she proved me wrong. boo
