Since my engagement ring was purchased through Whiteflash, we decided to go to them again for my wedding band. We chose to go the custom route so that the w-band would fit snuggly with the e-ring. The custom process is fascinating. They provided us with wax pictures. Um, that didn’t come out right… see pics below.
Once we approved this, they proceeded with the actual ring. Upon completion, Whiteflash emailed us pictures of it.
Then they mailed it off to us! Here it is with the e-ring. Only a few days till they meet up again

i did the custom route for my engagement ring, so we actually got to see the wax mold in person (i wanted to keep it…). i really liked that intermediate step, it was so helpful. my fh is super paranoid about my clutziness (justifiably so), so he even got to reassure himself that the stone would be secure in the setting.
