I was inspired by a past Weddingbee Flickr Find to have mini cupcakes as our wedding favor.
Mr. Strawberry, who loves anything with frosting on it, was elated upon hearing the idea. We attended a cupcake tasting by the Sugar Rush Baking Company, that operates out of Coffee to a Tea with Sugar, in West Seattle. They had such amazing flavors that packed quite the punch! Here are a few of my favorites:
Bit o’ Bliss: Chocolate dipped chocolate cake.
Baby Flake: White cake with cream cheese frosting and coconut.
Le Citron: Lemon Cake with lemon buttercream.
Mocha: Chocolate cake with Coffee Buttercream.
Almond Joyous: Chocolate Cake with almond butterceam and coconut.

They can even decorate the cupcakes with shabby chic looking flowers to go with our theme. The best part is that they will place the cupcakes in our desired packaging AND deliver them to our venue. They will bake them that morning so they will be fresh and delicious for our guests!

Mmmm I am getting hungry just reading the descriptions! These will definitely be one favor guests won’t leave behind 
So cute!! Are you going to get a variety of flavors, or just pick on? Can you mail some to me to, um, taste test to help you decide? 
I’m actually debating on how many flavors to have and how many to give each guest. I’d like to give them 2 each since they are so small but that’s more $$! So I think we’ll choose about 5 different flavors amongst the 12 dozen.

sadly, my cupcake experience this weekend was somewhat of a letdown. sprinkles still can’t be beat!
