Soo… I am getting married in 4 days in Negril, Jamaica.

Over the weekend, the weather forecasts predicted thunderstorms for this coming Saturday.

Then yesterday, the Hurricane network predicted that Tropical Storm Joyce might develop and pass over Jamaica this weekend.

Everyone do the ANTI-rain dance with me!!!

Please help me wish for good weather! Keep thinking bright and sunny thoughts!

Miss Ant,

It always rains in Jamaica usually not for long (I’m a born Jamaican) so I wouldn’t worry it will almost certainly be sunny.

Don’t worry, the weather forecasters are always wrong.

I can remember a few years ago they told us we were getting 3 feet of snow, we got an inch.

Today was supposed to rain all day in Massachusetts and it’s beautiful out.

Even if it does rain, hell, you’re in Jamaica! Just stop stressing!!

You know the carribean–they always forecast rain this time of year but usually the days are wonderfully sunny. Maybe, maybe with a passing shower. I say you’re good!

miss ant~ how’s the weather lookin over there? i was reminded the other day from a friend that your wedding is what YOU make of it, even with rain! she went to a wedding where it was supposed to be an outdoor garden wedding, but it rained a lot so they had to put tents up. but the bride didn’t let that bother her one bit! she walked down the aisle, twirling her bouquet, happy as can be, to the song “Oh happy Day.” no matter what, i’m sure your wedding will be absolutely beautiful. buuttt i’ll do the *anti-rain dance* for ya anyways and throw in a prayer too ; )
